I canceled my subscription and was still charged $119.99 TWO DAYS AFTER canceling. I immediately contacted the refund email provided by Purpose and requested a refund. Their response? An email telling me that to request a refund, I needed to email the EXACT SAME EMAIL ADDRESS I had just contacted. I followed the instructions anyway and tried again. Same response. I have now done this FIVE TIMES. Every time I request my refund, I get another response telling me to request a refund by emailing the
