Very nice app, easy to use and effective and able to adjust at different times during the 21 days, to easier or harder training

Great little app. Free if you want and can stand the advertising. 4 out of 5 stars because the sensor is... Sometimes not sensitive. I end up having to headbutt the phone to make it count the press up otherwise fear miss counting. Caters for even the basic levels which is good. The 21 series is good. Potential for a lot more based on simple exercises. Would love to see a pure sit up one - as military around the world use press up and sit-ups as part of their fitness tests.

This is a great push-up app to help push you alone, no pun intended. I gave it 4 stars because you have to literally touch the screen with your nose for the sensor to work, although it says 10 cm meters away from the phone and it will count. I guess I shouldn't complain because it's making me a be in better shape by having to go lower and doing a deeper push-up.

Ever since they upgraded it doesn't let you do different push up days, It's not even the ads that bother me, I don't care about that, make your money, but if the app is as. The push-ups count so slow, so I stopped using the app and would write down how much push-ups is needed there is no need, the app can't even properly count my push-ups. I loved this app, and I would have paid for premium if they kept the app the same because I used it a lot more than other push up apps, not using again.

Frustrating that is you can't end a set early without incorrectly getting credit for the entire set, It's easy to accidentally end the days training early, there's only one opportunity to changing training and if you miss it you can't adjust it for the next day, and there's no way to correct numbers that were put in incorrectly.

On my s9+ it was great, sensor picked up my push-up at a reasonable distance but now on my s24+ I have to touch it to register a push-up, not very practical.
