Description
Pushkara Godavari application offers the pilgrims of Godavari Pushkaralu with information regarding the Pushkara ghats, near by attractions, temple tourism, east tastes and also a gallery to view images during the pushkaram.
River Godavari as a trickle at Nasik in Maharashtra. It flows through the states of Maharashtra & Andhra Pradesh and becomes mighty & Majestic at Rajahmundry. Godavari is also having other name called Gowthami.
Godavari pushkaram is a festival of River Godavari which occurs once in 12 years. The pushkaram festival last held in the year 2003. The next festival, Godavari Pushkaram is in 2015. This year Pushkarams is Called Maha kumbhamela. Maha kumbhamela occurs once in 144 years. The first 12 days of Godavari pushkaram is called Aadhi pushkaram and the last 12 days of Godavari pushkaram is called Anthya pushkaram. In the Godavari Pushkaram people take a holy dip in the water of that river at any riparian village right from the place of its birth to the place of its merging with the Bay of Bengal. Andhra Pradesh state has many temple towns on the, Rajahmundry, Antervedi in East Godavari district, kovvur,pattiseema in west Godavari district are some places prominently connected with river Godavari in Andhra Pradesh.
A giant size Siva lingam is special attraction in Rajahmundry. Water is drawn from Godavari to Siva lingam and facilitate the Pilgrims to take bath under showers.

Worst app One of bad app I have seen. Just 4 to 5 pictures inside the app and very less content and that too very high level and app consumes 16MB memory. Many organizations are providing free services, no information about those. Please uninstall this app immediately.
