Its only purpose is to allow Pydroid to respect the Developer Program Policies on downloading executable code. You may find it being inconvenient to install a separate app for this, but this is currently the only allowed way. If you are unable to install this plugin, you can still build libraries from their source code via unticking "use prebuilt libraries repository" option (this will take a lot of time and may require to install dependencies manually).

The app doesn't install. And yes am not stupid, am not saying that just because it's not on the home screen. But I believe it's because it has the same package name as Hydroid, and that's how Hydroid would know it was installed. Please fix this ASAP, otherwise we can't install libraries. I believe I can also rate it despite not installing because it has the package name of an app already on my phone.
