Onboard a Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc Epic failure due to wrong seat-layout for some of the screens for the Kochi-wing! So grave an epic failure, unlike the flawless Book My Ticket original app, that the aisle seats which we all prefer aint even shown for some of the screens! BMT itself is the best app! :-) :-D

Bad experience with charges While I have had very good experience with Q Cinema so far ... However I'm very disappointed and feel robbed when I pay extra after I've bought the tickets at the venue without any choice and without prior notice. Q Cenima (Bangalore) charged me for 3D glasses and pointed at BMS rules when checked with the manager. Usually the whole amount is refunded for 3D glasses but they boldly ask for extra money at the 3D glass counter with only a portion to be returned!!! Bad surprise!!
