I didn't get my sim card r phone

After being on hold for 748 min, 12.46 hrs , 3 day time stamp, problem was not resolved, and the way customer care /Technical support handles problem,s is put you back on hold for a unknown amount of time, hopping you will hang up, if you don't hang up, the system will do it for you, only way I could resolve the problem @ hand , pay $50.00 for 5 gigs of data, unacceptable, hopefully someone in management will read this ,and correct the problems I have experienced, so no one else suffers like me.
