Qabas is the Quran app with nothing in the way:

🚫 No ads — ever. No banners between surahs, no interstitials before recitation. Nothing.
🔒 Zero data collection in the default mode — no tracking, no analytics, no ads. Check the Data safety label yourself.
📖 Verified Uthmani text from the Tanzil Project, rendered in the official King Fahd Complex (KFGQPC) mushaf font.
🎧 Follow-along recitation: the current ayah is highlighted and the page scrolls with the reciter automatically.
🎙️ Ten reciters: Alafasy, AbdulBaset, Al-Husary, As-Sudais, Ash-Shuraym, El-Minshawi, Ash-Shaatree, Al-Muaiqly, Al-Hudhaify and Islam Sobhi — with recitation speed control and ayah repeat.
📄 Mushaf layout: ayahs flow side by side as on a printed page, with the page number always in view and a one-tap jump to any page from 1 to 604.
📚 Ayah-by-ayah tafsir, offline: Al-Muyassar (Arabic, King Fahd Complex) and Al-Mukhtasar (English) — tap any ayah to read its tafsir; opening it during recitation pauses the audio and resumes where you left off.
🎤 "Mahir" recitation practice: the app listens to your recitation and compares it with the ayah word by word, highlighting what was right and pinpointing mistakes — with optional tajweed hints on madd lengths. All AI processing happens on your phone: your voice is never stored and never leaves your device, and it works offline after a one-time model download.
🎓 Memorization & Study: a teacher records each student's recitation page by page with a grade and notes; the student sees exactly where they stopped and continues from there. Offline by default — no account, no server — with teacher and student devices syncing through an encrypted file or a QR code.
☁️ An optional online-account mode for mosques and institutes running several circles centrally: off unless you turn it on yourself, and your local data is untouched whether you turn it on or go back.
🔍 Smart search: type any spelling ("quran" orthography differences handled), or jump straight with 2:255, "juz 15", "page 604", or surah names in Arabic and English (Yaseen, Fatiha, Baqarah…).
🌙 Three themes: light, dark, and true-black for OLED screens.
🔤 Fully adjustable Arabic font size up to extra-large — comfortable for elderly readers.
🌍 Complete Arabic and English interfaces, with an optional English translation (Rowwad Translation Center).
📴 Works offline: the full text needs no internet, and any surah can be downloaded in your favorite reciter's voice.
