Simple and easy to use. Bookings (flights, vehicles and accommodation), receive instant flight updates, flight check-in up to 24 hrs in advance, manage/change flights and more! Also, make use your 'card' (top right in app) for paperless boarding onto flights (as long as you have checked-in and confirmed your seat). The barcode has all your current details, and you can scan this card, instead of your paper boarding pass(es). International flights still need to show passport at gate, regardless.

Update... Refund of travel insurance is in account. Thanks, but need to reapply. Be careful with booking online with Qantas! First time booked with this airline, and our travel insurance wasn't accepted because we didn't have enough Qantas Points. What? Just booked return flights for 3 people! So, wording said insurance won't be taken out of account. Yes it was. Phone calls later, and oh it was withdrawn but 4 hours later it was refunded. Need to reapply. Thanks for reply on here, Qantas.

Impossible to go into multiple flights and select your seat. You have to close the whole app and then go to your next flight to be able to select your seat using my Samsung.

Extremely poor UX for booking a flight. Want to check the baggage rules at the last page? Then you have to start all over again. Want to read the travel insurance T&C? Then you have to start all over again. Have a momentary network blip, e.g. your train FROM THE AIRPORT goes through a thirty-metre dead zone? Then you have to start all over again. The developers need better QA and better management, and Qantas still really needs to get its act together, unfortunately.
