Could be much better very glitchy at times, but it does what you need it to do. It does take an absolute age for payments to settle which makes it hard to pay off the damn account when the time comes. But I think that's more of a system thing rather than anything to do with the app.

Great app but disappointed I can connect my Qantas money home loan account to it which is all based off Adelaide bank. App tries but doesn't allow for the 2FA code sent from the bank

Absolutely terrible app. 90% of the time, the Qantas pay isn't working or always says in maintenance, so they can't show transactions. Very hard to use overseas and track. Moved to using westpac travel card and so much easier to use. Today qantas pay is not even there!

Dreadful App. Constantly has technical issues, so you can't see most recent transactions. The transaction screen in the App does not show the date of the transactions and the transaction detail does not show the date of the transaction. Can only download last 12 months of statements. Direct debits set up on the card stop working despite having sufficient funds on the card, card is not accepted at some places where normal Mastercards are accepted. Tech support and feedback are unresponsive.

Would give it 0 if I could. As others have said, balances often don't show on screen. Trying to load money the quick way often ends in failure (but funds still manage to be taken from your bank accounts). The help and support section seems designed to stop users from receiving help and presumably the feedback fields go nowhere. And may the gods have mercy on anyone who has to call customer support... Avoid at all costs. Points aren't worth it. There are better apps/systems out there.

Downloaded the app as indicated by website to change my email address. There are no details to change in the app. Also trying to see where all my money has gone. Can't seem to get Qantas pay statement anywhere!!
