★★★★★ We have had a few misses with Qatar Airways since we resumed using this airline, however they have been issues that were able to be resolved at the end of the day by the grace of God, and at some point additional cost to us. I really only look forward to better services and customer relationships, as we, Qatar Airways, and I have a lot of places to visit together ❤️. I am here to stay yay!!!

★★☆☆☆ The App is awful. When I've tried to log into my account I get as far as seeing up biometrics, and then I get a message saying something went wrong, and I'm then permanently unable to log into my account on the app as I continue to get the same message. I had to wipe all app data and set it back up without biometrics to get it to work. Navigating the Qatar Airways website for amount information and linking it to flights is similarly appalling. The irony is the airlines are quite good.

★★☆☆☆ The worst app. Can't log in, OTP code never arrives. The site isn't much better. I can log in there, but not much more. Link to Google account - nothing happens, doesn't work. Add trip - error, try again later. It's been like that at least for a month. For a full month basic functionality doesn't work. How do I do online check in, choose seats? With Qatar Airways you just don't.
