QC Inspector is for the inspection itself. You work through your own checkpoints, record what you find, and photograph it where you stand - and the report is finished by the time you leave.

NOTHING GETS MISSED
An inspection is only as good as what you remembered to look at. Your checkpoints are organised into sections and worked through one at a time, so the same things are checked the same way on every job, by whoever is holding the phone. Mark each one, photograph what you found, add a note where it matters, and move on.
YOUR CHECKLISTS, NOT OURS
Build and edit your own question banks - sections, checkpoints, standard references, and the answer wording itself. Publish a new version when your standards change; reports already written stay on the version they were made with. Reuse checkpoints across projects instead of retyping them.
PHOTOS WHERE YOU STAND
Take as many as the job needs, per checkpoint or per individual weld. No limit of one picture per item. They are placed in the report automatically, evenly and in order, however many there are - nothing to arrange afterwards.
THE PAPERWORK IS ALREADY DONE
The report comes out finished: your company logo, your accent colour, your document numbering, and your inspectors' names, qualifications and stamps where they belong. Not a draft to tidy up in the evening - something you can send to a client before you leave the site.

No account. No sign-in. Your inspections and photos stay on your device and are never uploaded. Inside a plant, in a basement, offshore, on a site with no signal - it behaves exactly the same.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Nothing is collected, nothing is transmitted, nothing is sold. When you want your data somewhere else, you export it yourself - as PDFs, as a folder, or as a full backup you control.

English, Swedish, German, Danish and Norwegian, in the app and in the reports. Write your checkpoints once in two of them, then choose which one each report comes out in. One question bank serves the client down the road and the one abroad, instead of two sets of checklists to keep in step.

Recent changes:
Photos you take are now also saved to your phone's own gallery, at full resolution, where you can find and delete them yourself - the app keeps only the smaller copy your report prints. You can turn this off in Settings.
New photos use medium quality by default, so reports come out smaller. If a report is still large, the app says so and what to do about it.
A project's drawings now travel between your devices, and a second device can join a sync folder without creating a company first.
