The app is not functioning well in my phone

★★★★☆ Joe Moiguah · Nov 29, 2025

I just downloaded the Qcell SL App for use. I'm just getting started to use, and they are telling me that I have read and accepted the terms of use of which I've never read anything at all. My candid question is this: how can I accept that I have read and accepted something which I have not come across? What if there's a problem that will land me into prison which I did not create? I come in peace and rest my case.

★★★★★ Abdul azizoo Bangura · Jun 27, 2026

I downloaded this app and logged in with my money account, but after cashing in money into my account, I decided to check if the money reflected into the app, but kept showing the old amount that was there. I nearly fought the agent until he told me to dial *323# and followtheinstructions. I checked my balance, and the money is still in the Sim as I'm speaking but failed to show in the app. I think engineers would have checked and confirmed this app before publishing it 🤔.

I have downloaded the app but whenever I entered my qcell number and agree to the terms of use it shows an "unexpected error occurred ".

★☆☆☆☆ Ibrahim Sorie Kamara · Dec 5, 2025

Already downloaded the app and entered my qcell number, but that's the end, a 4-digit code was sent to my message box with no field to enter it on the app. It's wasted time over the past days. I contacted customer care several times, but they could not help the situation. The engineers need to go back to the drawing board.
