Subject: Slow connection issue with QCY MeloBuds Pro I am facing a persistent issue where the QCY app takes a very long time to connect or sync with my MeloBuds Pro. I am using a Realme P4 Pro. I have already tried clearing the cache and re-pairing the device, but the delay remains. Please look into this bug and release a fix in the next update. Highly frustrating experience."

You need to improve the application software and the watch software a bit, and add user interfaces that suit it and the watch's capabilities. I hope this happens as soon as possible.

In the app earbud's case charge not SHOW. This is the bad side. And also the case has no light indicator that we understand how much charge in this like red or yellow light indicate that how much charge in this case of earbuds. Even in the app not show the charges of case. App should upgrade the build the system to showcase charge in app

Firmware update crashes the app and removes the added device! Even from the added Bluetooth devices on my phone! My right MeloBuds N60 is almost unbearably quiet, the left works fine. I think I'll have to send back my faulty device, since it's unusable!
