Looks great!! Just tried this app, it's amazing!!!

Love It I downloaded this because the editor included with QPython lagged horribly on my tablet. This has no lag and works well for editing on the go. Syntax highlighting and color themes are a plus as well.

Some omissions, otherwise very good Overall I like Qedit a lot. It's select function for cut/copy/paste is very poor on my Samsung Note tablet. It lacks 'Find & Replace' and backspace has to be hit 4 times to cancel a 4 space indent. It's colour highlighting of Python command words, text, comments, etc. is excellent. I think I'll try the pro version.
★★☆☆☆
Doesn't recognize Python I created a new script with a .py extension as I am supposed to. As a test, my first line of code was print "hello". That didn't work so I tried print("hello"). Didn't work either.
★★☆☆☆
I like the fact that it has a compiler; I do not like the fact that saving and editing files is user unfriendly. Perhaps it's simply my preference of being able to reach into cloud storage This is especially practical near wi-fi or even when using data while editing smaller files. If I can save and access things without having to fool with an ftp server I'd be very grateful. The second issue is related to my inability to actually make use of the compiler to recognize and execute code. I feel like this has so much more potential than the other apps. As it is, I am uninstalling.
★★☆☆☆
Poor Not much more than an ordinary text file editor. Nothing especially lends it to code editing, and its interface is confusing.
★★☆☆☆
Lost notes I typed some coding notes and clicked save. When I came back to the app the notes were gone. Also the line numbers are wrong when word-wrap is on.
