I was very skeptical when I first used Qeeq. However, I have found them to be at the top of their game in every possible aspect. If I need a car rental I go straight to their app. They are the best!

I had a booking online already via the website. I got an email and was offered a 5 percent discount to book on the app. I used the app, it offered a better price, so went and cancelled my online booking, went to the app and clicked to accept the app deal, but then the price jumped by 90 pounds. So I lost my old booking and got a much worse rate on the app. Spent 30 mins with customer services at qeeq, and they are powerless to do anything at all. And did not help me get my offered price. Useless.

These people have one of the worst customer care support, and they don't know anything about it. Recently I took a membership and booked few car rentals for our trip in few location we had an issue with the rental desk people, and we had contacted with qeeq customer care, but they just act like third party were they won't do anything than cancelling of rental and keep us in a situation to book with higher price at last moment. Not once twice it happened to us, Never recommend them.

Qeeq will do all the contrary things it's supposed to do. The reservation we made with qeeq wasn't guaranteed, so Hertz didn't have our car available. We contacted qeeq support, and they basically did nothing to help us resolve the issue. We ended up paying twice as much as what our qeeq reservation had listed and qeeq took no ownership of the issue. Avoid if you can!
