I Suggest to pay for your phone service if you have to go to q link It is the slowest wireless service I have ever had and the slowest you could possibly get I don't know if there is a slower wireless service out there I doubt it as soon as I can afford to change it I would Rather pay for a phone bill then get it for free from q link. Qlink is a nightmare

Poor experience. My service ended on 9/26/22. From the get-go I had a negative experience as when checking on how to order a different phone I went to their website and found the phone I wanted which they had a link in which to purchase it on Amazon. When I went to activate that phone I was told it was not compatible, so I wasted money on a phone I did not need. Service was poor. Use your ACP discount on any carrier. Now I get my totally unlimited service from Metro PCS for free! Excellent service
