★★★★★ UNLOCK YOUR PHONE BY YOUR CARRIER WHO GAVE YOU YOUR FREE PHONE, THEY NEED TO EMAIL YOU THEIR INSTRUCTIONS TO UNLOCK YOUR PHONE SAFELINK REPRESENTATIVE Lied to my QLink representative told both of us he had unlocked it when the Safe Link company stole my SSI and used a variation of my name to theft my California Life Link services to be used for her family and friends in the Philippines with ticket numbers from the USA and our Government phone Grants of thousands of American Citizens!!!!

★★☆☆☆ I Suggest to pay for your phone service if you have to go to q link It is the slowest wireless service I have ever had and the slowest you could possibly get I don't know if there is a slower wireless service out there I doubt it as soon as I can afford to change it I would Rather pay for a phone bill then get it for free from q link. Qlink is a nightmare

★★☆☆☆ Poor experience. My service ended on 9/26/22. From the get-go I had a negative experience as when checking on how to order a different phone I went to their website and found the phone I wanted which they had a link in which to purchase it on Amazon. When I went to activate that phone I was told it was not compatible, so I wasted money on a phone I did not need. Service was poor. Use your ACP discount on any carrier. Now I get my totally unlimited service from Metro PCS for free! Excellent service
