Onwas trying to scan my new Oman resident card, but it always fails. Is there any issue to scan the new resident cards and there are any solutions for it. Im trying this exercise past 3 months.

I am very disappointed with the face verification process in the Qpay app. I have tried several times on my phone, The verification does not identify my face and ID face. This has been a frustrating experience and has prevented me from using the service. I hope the Qpay team improves the face verification system and provides better support for users facing this issue.

I’m trying to register on QPay, but I keep getting an error during the registration process, so I’m unable to complete my registration. I’m not sure if this issue is happening only to me or if other users are experiencing the same problem. Please look into this and resolve it.
