Tried the app, works perfectly well, of course, since it's a start-up, they would have their time to stabilize the experience, but as a service, it is fantastic. For those having issues getting started, make sure that you select "Sign Up" not "Register Device" I noticed some confusion there with my friends, also if it got stuck, just redo it again. Overall, well done!

Face verification is not acceptable. This is a machine ID card, and it cannot be verified using my face through the app camera. Additionally, contacting the call center will not help, as they provide the same response shown in the application.

Miserable service. They deducted 1 OMR from my account without even asking. Untill now no activation. Neither have they sent me any email regarding registration. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

I'd card front side scanned then backside didn't scan try so much time waste of time improve your Verification system or close your service's.
