Used to be great. Superfast launch and scanning. But now there's a slow loading ad on launch that's not instantly skip able, delaying scanning by an unusable amount. I've uninstalled the app and looked for an alternative.

This application locks your card. Runs through a porno date site. I didn't scan a porno site I scanned receipt at Delta Cafe. Card Fraud department stated porno date site not me.

Says the confirmation number only stays good for 3 minutes. It took 5 minutes, so I needed a new number. I had the number resent, it took that one sent, took that one, it took 10 minutes. I finally called customer service, they accepted the problem and asked what they could help me. I repeated my story just like it had 6 minutes before. She said she was sorry, but there was no way she could help. It required my password and user ID. Then.... after on the phone for over 1/2 an hour. She hung up!
