Our reservation for 13 at Ruby Tuesdays was "lost". Unhappy with them! Standing outside RT we called Ovation because we've been there before with our large group, and it was good. Mike the manager said come on over. We did and were very happy! The service was excellent, as was the food. They acted like it was no big deal. We were so glad we chose them! Just a FYI, only one of the group had insisted on going to RT in the first place--pretty sure that'll not happen again!
