Description

QR Mate scans QR codes and barcodes, creates your own codes, and keeps everything organized on your device. No account and no sign-up.

SCAN
- Read QR codes and barcodes with the camera, or pick an image from your gallery
- A stable single code opens its result automatically; multiple codes stay selectable on screen
- Batch mode stays open, remembers the active list and exports it as CSV
- Before opening a web link, review its destination, redirects and explicit check status
- Supported formats: QR, Code 128, Code 39, Code 93, Codabar, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, ITF and ITF-14
- Product mode looks up book and food details straight from a barcode

CREATE
- Generate QR codes for links, plain text, Wi-Fi logins, contacts, phone numbers, SMS, email, locations, calendar events, social profiles and clipboard content
- Generate common barcode formats as well
- Style a code with your own colors, patterns, frames and a center image
- Save the result to your gallery or share it anywhere

DIRECT - SEND WITHOUT A NETWORK
- Move text and photos from one phone to another using nothing but the two screens and cameras
- The sending phone animates a stream of QR frames and the receiving phone points its camera until the content rebuilds itself
- It uses fountain coding, so frames can arrive out of order or be missed entirely and the transfer still finishes
- No internet, no Wi-Fi, no Bluetooth, no pairing and no server

TEXT AND OCR
- Extract text from the camera or from a saved image with on-device recognition
- Translate recognized text with downloadable on-device language models

HISTORY
- Every scan and every code you create is stored locally
- Search, tag, label and favorite entries, then reopen or re-share them later
- Export a local JSON backup, then merge or replace your data when you restore it

TOOLS
- Currency conversion, unit conversion, a calculator, bill splitting and a character counter

PRIVACY
Your scans, the codes you create and your history stay on the device. QR Mate works without an account.
