Can't get past the verification page. Been trying for months. I can't even log out to try making a new account with a different email as the app won't let me log out.

App is stuck on user verification screen even when I have gone through the email verification process multiple times

They now force all their customers to use the app to manage their account. Of course, the app doesn't work (password retrieval fails) so I can't do anything now. At this point all I want to do is cancel my account, but I can't even do that since the app doesn't let me log in. Ridiculous. Going to have to go through my credit card company to prevent them from renewing my account every year since the app has now made this service useless.

I Loved quad jobs, why only have an app? I understand apps are convenient for some people, why not have both?reach a larger audience? I have used the website for years and absolutely love it. I can't find anything on the app, there is no way to filter jobs like I could on the website. I sadly won't be using this application anymore and won't be suggesting it to anyone. In having only an app based product you're limiting its functionality and ultimately limiting the user base.
