Brittney at the Tacoma Branch has a special talent of balancing professionalism with "personal touch". The situation I was tackling was Guardianship of a family member. It has been a stressful and frustrating road with no instructions from the court. Brittney spent as much time as I needed to set up a new account and helped me install the app on my phone. She then walked me through how to use the phone and online app to get my needs met. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness.

Great experience. Works great with the debit card. But doesn't work when trying to transfer money from quasar to another bank. Just sits and loads and fails to connect.

Pros - Sleek new design, more features, more granular control of account || Cons - Slower than bigger system to manage, customization options are not easily spotted and not explained, you have to dig to find them and interpret what the options mean, can no longer easily switch between accounts, app does not remember other log in and forces 2 part security login every time you switch. Complete waste of time and very inconvenient. || Edit - I use separate accts to manage my money for a reason, I *don't want* my accts all visible in one, place so your response is both unhelpful and ignores all the other issues I put forth.

I just got a new LG phone and I can't seem to download this new quasar app It says my phone is not compatible. I had no problem with the old version. I had no problem downloading my other bank app or any other apps just this new version of quasar.

I can't even get in to request forgot username or forgot user password miss the old app it might have been simpler and not as useful app but way easier to get into.
