This app is great and convenient for requesting books and picking up at my convenience. It also gives lists of events by branch. I'm a huge fan of libraries and this app makes it easy to support and access our local Queens branches. Thanks!

It didn't renew my dvds like it should have and now I have fees to pay. Not cool. Plus it keeps loggin out and not cached in the memory. Bugs need to be fixed. Not fair to have to pay fines if there is an error with the app not being able to renew dvds or books

Can't log in It won't let me log into my library account. Hard to use the app for anything if you can't log in. Unimpressed with Queens Library's app and website. Even the bugs are slow!

Useless for prolonged offline use. Anticipating an offline relay of my info, and hesitating due to the 19.98 MB size, I gave in and downloaded. Ultimately it's useless. Every function requires Internet. Not to mention my account “information was not cached". In the end, the website is better because it is much faster and gives the same info. For the app to have some use for me, it needs to remember the books and other stuff I checked out & requested, and alert/notify me, all without Internet (except to sync new info of course).
