I love this game and all the different versions of Quell. Challenging enough, but not too difficult to cause frustration. I just wish the game could be played without having to turn the phone sideways.

The chillest damn game I've played on any device. Quell encourages slowing down and thinking. Low-stress but high skill, can be picked up or put down at any point, played for half a minute or an entire day. To be 100% honest I usually like the IDEA of puzzle games more than I actually like puzzle games... but Quell's something unique. It's - not meditation but, meditative? Is that a thing? A space where you can let go and ponder the droplet for however long you need. Perfectly suited for mobile.

I started playing QUELL in 2011. I was going to start the quest all over again, but now I see there are "in-app purchases"? (Rather pricey, too). No, thanks: I PAID for QUELL when it was released. That ensured no ads, no in-app purchases. What a shame. I loved this game.

**If you already own Quell do not buy this.** REALLY ANNOYING that if you get Quell+ that it ISN'T a "Pro" option like other apps have, it's actually a *completely duplicated program now consuming twice the storage space and has no clue about your settings in the other app. While it may be worth it to avoid the new apps in the other quail game, it's not worth losing all your progress.
