Good👍👍... But very slow downloading.... Nice👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

★★★★☆ Jeremy Minton · Nov 6, 2019

It was great for a year but suddenly today my Google Assistant says "sorry, quick remote is no longer available."

★★★★★ Heather Tankersley · Aug 15, 2021

This solved all my problems with syncing roku tv to Google assistant. Roku TV is not truly voice activated, requires the push of a button on the upgraded remote control or using the app. Now I'm able to walk into my room and just tell my Google home nest what I want on my TV! Functions on TV are controlled with my voice.

★★☆☆☆ GymViking · Dec 2, 2021

Wouldn't work with Google routines, I would add the command "ask quick remote to press OK" and doesn't do it after adding to a routine but works separately just fine.

★★☆☆☆ Mason Orton · Dec 11, 2021

Great idea, but trying to control a Roku TV with your Google home via quick remote is more of a hassle than it is worth. Every time you want to press any button via voice prompts, it is a two-step process then times out. If you want to then hit another button, you have to go through the two-step voice commands process again. I could not get my Google home to play specific channels or videos on YouTube.

Ads just to use remote for my own freaking roku?! And after every three or four buttons pushed. Just insane.

★☆☆☆☆ Nick Seraph · Feb 1, 2020

Google Nest app now incorporates Roku making this app redundant.
