I am not sure why some users have given negative reviews. But as far as my experience is concerned both delivery and customer service experience has been great. I order all sort of vegetables, fruits and food on regular basis, they are genuinely of good quality, on time delivery and once I had issues with the lemons delivered to me, so I informed them on chat support and without even asking for any image they trusted me and provided me a refund.

Giving 5 stars as I didn't face any issues yet. Good service so far. But I have a suggestion: I see a lot of single use plastics being used for packing the stuff. I have even seen individual items being sealed in plastic bags (which produces a lot of plastic waste). I informed to the local store, and they understood (good thing) Would encourage you to explore other 'greener' options and implement that for all stores.

Horrible experience. They accepted the order. The order was shown as accepted and being processed by restaurant. After 30 mins I get a call that order cannot be delivered. Zero reliability.

I dnt know for what you charge 15% as commission + delivery charges while you are not in control of the quality of the food served. My latest delivery of food today was so pathetic that the food wasn't for a human to eat, dosa was fully burnt, chutney was spoiled, idli was stale. Why are we paying the restaurant+commission+delivery charges to quick wind? To get such kind of food?
