I love the app. It does what it's supposed to and has really good rates considering they dont charge any fees beyond what is stated upfront. That's a relief compared to other international calling apps that tack on a bunch of random stuff. The call quality is also great. I use this app to call my family in India and it works just fine :) easy to switch between calling app.users or calling the mobile/landline #s of some family members.

For the first few months, the calls were routed through a local number - all well. But sometime without my knowledge the routing number was changed to a long distance/international number - It shows a local number in the settings, but dials an international number. I ended up paying over $80 long distance calling to my phone service providers for the about 2.5 hours of calling - I could've directly called my country without the app for the same cost. When approached, QUICKCALL 1. had no clue of how/why the routing number got changed. 2. Could not fix the problem it exists even today. Quickcall asked me to change it in settings - neither does the app allow me to do it, not have they provided me with a number to use. (I am forced to use my internet, cant call using minutes - Will stop using it as soon as the currency I have loaded to Quickcall is exhausted.) 3. Could do nothing about the $80 charge.

Charges your money even if you don't speak I am using this app almost for a year. I use it rarely. But, this week I have tried to call my relatives abroad. I don't speak a word, but they charge my money for each of my calls. Don't waste your money. I am looking for another app.

Doesn't work App won't make calls. Every time I call it calls another number for 14 seconds then hangs up. I just payed for minutes and I can't even use them. I tried to send feedback through the app and it does not work. There is not even a submit button. The drop downs don't work either. I need a refund.
