I wasn't able to log back in so had to call insurance they pointed out to me that after I put my claim number I had to add a (.2) at the end of claim number not sure it works with other claim numbers but worth a try. Hope it helps.

Beautiful app simple instructions easy to use

The app didn't let me sign in using my correct claim number and last name. After many attempts. I tried my last name all lower case and finally it worked. I was able to take and submit pictures and a video. But since then I haven't been able to sign in the app again. No idea if I am supposed to get a quote or status of the claim via this app. Horrible app!

Can not view estimates states it's not good claim# .after you submit photos it won't let you back in
