All works fine except the QR code reader For some reason I just can't get there QR code reader to work no matter what I try it keeps on trying to refocus and won't read the code, although I have used another app with a QR before and that worked fine so don't think it's a phone issue (Samsung s4)

Suggestions • Check the QR-code reader for Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphones. It doesn't work: it keeps focusing but is never satisfied with the result. I have reported this issue before but without any response. • It might be useful to build in a direct communication facility through the app. Supplying an email address doesn't help if there's no mail application on your phone. • It might be useful to activate the date selector immediately when a date field is chosen, rather than having to tap the input field first.

It says there has been "a communication error" every time I try to send info
about a letter. I say the problem is my internet connection, but I'm
pretty certain it's not.

Could not enter the most occurring case for "postmark date", i.e. "not readable or not available". The app looks in principle quite useful to me, but since it does not allow to enter the complete dataset for most of the received items it is of no use to me at all. Looking forward to a fixed version which I intend to use with pleasure (in particular when QR-codes are implemented as well).
