Poorly adapted to Android, e.g. back button closes the app. Overall UI experience is rough, surprising for an app that's supposedly been around for years. Why are paper titles truncated in feed view? I have to click through just to be sure the paper is irrelevant? Show citation count prominently, it's the simplest way to avoid wasting time on duds. Feed updates are slow. Good general idea, but needs work, definitely not yet worth the money they are asking
