R-LINK+ : Renault R-LINK 2 & 1

R-LINK+ is the community app of the Au Bon Coin du R-LINK project. It helps users of Renault R-LINK 1 and R-LINK 2 multimedia systems with practical guides, compatibility information and tools to find resources suited to their vehicle.

Read tutorials in the app, download supported documents for offline access and find a nearby garage or community member.

YOUR VEHICLE, YOUR RESOURCES

Save your model in “My vehicle” to find its multimedia system, compatibility information and related tutorials. Check the conditions for Android Auto availability on supported vehicles.

Your selection is saved locally on your device, without providing a registration number or serial number.

TUTORIALS AND BUILT-IN VIEWING

Browse community tutorials and filter them by system. Supported PDF documents and videos can be viewed directly in the app.

Your reading and playback progress lets you resume a document or video where you left off.

YOUR DOCUMENTS OFFLINE

Download supported tutorials before travelling so you can access them without a network connection. See which documents are already available on your device, including from your favourites.

A connection is still required to download new content, refresh information and access external resources.

NEARBY GARAGES AND HELPEUR MEMBERS

Search for a town, postcode or French department, then select a municipality to find garages and Helpeur members listed by the community.

Results are sorted by straight-line distance, showing the four nearest locations first, with the option to display more. You can then open the community map centred on the selected location.

This search does not require permission to access your device’s location.

SEARCH AND FAVOURITES

Quickly find information among tutorials, vehicles and frequently asked questions. Search accounts for variations in spelling and formatting, including accents, spaces and hyphens.

Add tutorials to your favourites to find them easily.

GPS, VERSIONS AND COMPATIBILITY

Browse information about GPS maps, R-LINK software versions and key update procedures. Compatibility information helps you identify the options and conditions applicable to your vehicle.

NEWS AND NOTIFICATIONS

Follow community posts and choose the notification categories that interest you: new tutorials, news, GPS updates, speed camera information or newly listed contacts.

R-LINK+ brings together knowledge and resources shared by Au Bon Coin du R-LINK. Content is regularly updated and expanded to help you better understand and use your system.

Before making any changes, check that the guide matches your vehicle and equipment. Only carry out procedures while the vehicle is stationary and under appropriate safety conditions.
