I have yet to download this app, however was intrigued when I have seen the idea. After reading the comments, I came to the conclusion that the app was doing well starting out, then started slacking. I have seen comments about anybody can be approved. Well isn't that what we want. The people who are less like to get a job, to get one. I completely see what the creator was doing. And I want to encourage them. Not to give up or get discouraged. I support your vision. And I want to be a r8tr.

The app itself is ok, but the leaders of this company have not communicated with the "r8trs" in over a year. To my knowledge this company is out of business since no one answers any communication. This is a good concept, but in more than two years in operation, I'm not aware of a single vehicle inspection performed.
