⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I use Rabbit Rewards regularly and enjoy collecting points from my everyday purchases and commuting. The app is easy to use, and I like being able to redeem points for discounts, promotions, and special offers from various partner brands. It's a great way to get extra value from spending that I would normally do anyway. Overall, a rewarding and convenient loyalty app.

Cannot add rabbit line pay Click onward rabbit line pay then it would go to add rabbit card page also when i log in with my phone number it goes to one account, login with email it goes to another account!

[Horrible app design that made users feel schemed] The app design where user has to click using the coupon for BTS trip before use is so frustrating and has cost me both extra money and time wasted. The navigation within it sucks and translation confuses the heck out of it. We never had to click enable anything before when purchasing trip package, just buy and tap in. Why did you put it this time! I hope the staff read this and get back to me.

Cannot log in. I was kicked out after entering the OPT. I have been trying to log in for a couple of days, thought it was temporary at first. Now it seems persistent. Please fix the issues, I cannot buy your package.

I had issues redeeming a reward and was confused about the expiration date, causing the redeemed coupons to expire multiple times. The system displayed the expiration date as counting seven days, but my coupons in the system showed an expiration date of 7/5/26. However, when I tried to use them on 7/5, I found that the coupons had already expired, and the call center did not accept any appeals. The problem lies in using non-standard principles for setting the application's date.
