This app icon appears like this: "S'Rachel" on my phone even after reinstallation. Why is it backwards? If you don't pay attention it will place your order at a location NOT selected. One time I ordered a Cobb salad that automatically comes with grilled chicken. The app took off the grilled chicken and substituted it with curry chicken salad! How disgusting! I NEVER selected that. Now, when I use the app and create an order I ALWAYS screenshot the order as proof! BEWARE!

This app is not opening. It constantly crashes. This is being going on for weeks and no one is fixing it despite sending several messages to let them know it's not working

I placed an order for pickup and my order was wrong. The employee simply didn't care. I was like here is the email order, and she still didn't care. I'm done with this place.
