Worst experience ever I have purchased a book but when I am trying to download it the book is not downloading. I want my money refunded 😡😡😡😡

★☆☆☆☆ Vidhya Subramaniam · Sep 11, 2025

One of the worst apps ever. I prefer using online books as I find online books are easy to carry, but their books are not easily accessible as there is always a glitch which their team are never able to resolve for once. The glitch keeps recurring. Secondly their online books disappear after one year. The cost of the online book is slightly lesser than the physical book but I don't understand why I cannot access the books that I have paid for.

Actually I had buyed an ebook from the app I can't read the there is no such option and there two delivery messages they gave that the book is delivered and shows the status is pending. Shows that out of stock. Just frustrating 😑
