Radiant RADMUS

The launch of the RADMUS application is to quickly and securely capture the inbound documents that are correlated with RADIANT CASH MANAGEMENT SERVICES PVT LIMITED, like the deposit –slips, pickup and delivery slips wherever they are first available—whether a central office from a customer's place, a local branch office or remotely from a Smartphone or tablet by a cash collection executive (CE) and Convert the so called inbound documents into scanned images of digitalized information for increased productivity and better data organization.

Ease of Access:
The CE is supposed to have a single interface with the application which eliminates the need for manual data entry of individual transactions, thereby reducing errors and inconsistency in data reporting.
Increased Productivity:
Through the digitization of inbound documents and communications, we achieve removal of lag between touch points; company can accelerate high-value journeys towards a positive result, efficiently engaging clients, employees and other persons in the systems necessarily. In this way it can boost the cash collection executive’s productivity for the day.

This RADMUS mobile app allows the cash collection executive to directly interact with the application capturing the inbound documents to enter into the business process more quickly. The cash deposit, pickups and delivery accomplished by the CE with the receipts uploaded to the mobile app is supervised by RCMS team.

Developing a mobile application that aims to act as a data harvester would be demanding due to the requirement for early adoption by CE’s, putting constraint on time to complete the day’s transactions. This introduces the need for early completion and publication of the receipts for reconciliation yet to be performed.
Secure Document Storage:
The Digitalized images are regularly backed up in the server, providing continuity for the business in case if there is loss of data, it can be retrieved in no time. These backed up images won’t deteriorate over time and are accurate for accountability in future.
