Beaver Radio is an online radio app and internet radio player for Android. Listen to live radio stations on an Android car stereo, car head unit, Android TV, TV box, tablet, or phone. It is designed for listeners who want a simple radio player with large controls, station search, favorites, and easy playback without ads, subscriptions, or mandatory sign-up.
ONLINE RADIO FOR THE CAR
Use Beaver Radio as an internet radio app for your car. Large buttons make it easier to start a station, pause playback, or switch to another stream. The app is suitable for Android car stereos and Android head units with portrait or landscape displays.
Beaver Radio supports standard Android media commands. Steering wheel buttons, media keys, and remote controls can manage playback when the head unit correctly sends those commands to the app. This makes it easier to listen to online radio while driving without opening extra menus.
LIVE RADIO STATIONS FROM AROUND THE WORLD
The Beaver Radio catalog brings together internet radio stations from different countries and genres. Discover music radio, news radio, talk radio, rock radio, pop radio, dance music, electronic music, chillout, and other styles.
Use radio station search to find a station by name, country, or genre. Save favorite radio stations and move between them with a fast favorites carousel. Beaver Radio keeps live radio streaming simple, with a clean interface and quick access to the stations you listen to most.
A PRACTICAL INTERNET RADIO PLAYER
• background internet radio playback;
• radio controls on the lock screen;
• automatic playback of the last selected station;
• radio stream availability indicators;
• fast radio station search;
• favorite radio stations;
• large controls for car displays;
• portrait and landscape layouts;
• dark theme for night driving and large screens;
• support for compatible remotes, media keys, and steering wheel controls.
Beaver Radio can continue playing online radio in the background while you use navigation or other apps. Basic playback controls are available on the lock screen when supported by your Android version and device settings.
ADD YOUR OWN RADIO STATIONS
Cannot find a station in the catalog? Add a custom internet radio station, radio stream URL, or direct audio stream. Beaver Radio works both as an international radio directory and as a radio player for your own streaming links.
The app supports radio playlist import in M3U, M3U8, PLS, and JSON formats. Favorite radio stations can be exported to a file and imported again. This is useful for keeping a personal internet radio collection or moving favorite stations to another Android device.
FOR ANDROID TV, TABLETS, AND PHONES
Beaver Radio also works as an Android TV radio app, a radio player for TV boxes, and an online radio app for tablets and smartphones. The adaptive interface adjusts to different screen sizes and orientations. On a television, playback can be controlled with a compatible remote. On a phone or tablet, use touch controls and Android media buttons.
If you are looking for online radio for Android, an internet radio player for an Android car head unit, live radio for Android TV, or a simple app for streaming radio stations, Beaver Radio brings the essential features together in one clear interface.
NO CLUTTER
Beaver Radio has no in-app advertising, paid subscriptions, or mandatory accounts. There is no need to create a profile or sign in with an email address. Open the radio app, find a live station, and start listening.
An internet connection is required. Beaver Radio is not a hardware FM tuner and cannot receive terrestrial FM or AM radio without internet access. It plays online streams provided by FM and AM broadcasters. The availability and quality of each live radio station depend on the broadcaster’s stream server and your internet connection.
