I recently used a Hotel In Charlotte Off Of Little Rock Road. They Took 15,000 Points For One Night And Still Charged Me For The Room! Claims It Was A Computer Error! Also, now I cannot get back into the App and need to book a room for tonight. I've been a Member since the Club Carlson Days. My Status Is PLATINUM! 🤦🏾♂️
