Best one so far. No issues. There was a mistake in a transaction few days back, and I contacted their customer service. They terminated my USD card after several declined transactions. I was trying to top up my Sonetel balance with $3, but I didn’t know Sonetel added a $0.56 fee, so the payments failed because I only had $3.20 on my Rae nest card. Rae nest then terminated the card, leaving my $3.20 stuck. I’ve contacted customer support repeatedly for 4 days, but they still haven’t refunded my money. If you don’t like having your money withheld, I strongly recommend avoiding the Rae nest app.

They only let you have your account and money as long as they feel like it. You will lose everything, and there's nothing you can/will do about it. They just woke up one day and froze my account, saying "suspicious activities detected". What are the suspicious activities? No reply. They requested proof of work, which I shared. They requested proof of registration for work and payment notification; I have shared it. As of today, my money and the small investment I have there been all frozen
