Honestly, I'm so disappointed. This was my best platform before, but I take it back. Why was Wells Fargo account changed to the one with no Swift code 😑 It's not only frustrating, but I've reduced the rate at which I use the account drastically. This new one is basically useless without swift code unless one is transferring from Payoneer. Like I'm really disappointed

They terminated my USD card after several declined transactions. I was trying to top up my Sonetel balance with $3, but I didn’t know Sonetel added a $0.56 fee, so the payments failed because I only had $3.20 on my Rae nest card. Rae nest then terminated the card, leaving my $3.20 stuck. I’ve contacted customer support repeatedly for 4 days, but they still haven’t refunded my money. If you don’t like having your money withheld, I strongly recommend avoiding the Rae nest app.

If there's anything less than one star, I will give. Bad customer support. I am supposed to receive funds I normally get every month by my employers, but it turns out payment was not reflecting. I complain, providing receipts, ask them to trace it (We are still on the issue since last week) and instead of tracing and giving me feedback, they create a new USD account and want to close the complaint, saying the Old USD account that the said money was sent to will be discontinued by Sep. Imagine
