I'm having the same issue as the many, many other users who have downloaded and attempted to play this game, I can't even get past the main screen. If I attempt to make an account and enter the game it always says "connection lost" or something along those lines, and I already know this has absolutely nothing to do with my WIFI, and after looking at the countless other reviews that day the same it's obvious to me there is a problem with YOUR app. Stop sending people automated responses to this problem and asking them to make sure they have a stable connection or whatever other automated responses you send, fix this problem for the thousands of people who are trying to play the game. No more auto response, actually do something about it, stop ignoring the issue and get it done.
