The app is glitchy. I placed an order for a NASA 5/6, and I got a confirmation email for a 3/6 instead. I contacted rags immediately, and they did not reply till after they shipped it. From the time I placed my order they had already packaged it Within the hour. Rags customer service did NOT believe me when I said that the app changed the size of my order. So now I'm getting a 3/6 infant size rag for my 5-year-old son. 😭

Doesn't work for android users, can't click or see new drops. One star is too many! Wish it had negative stars option. We love rags so hope they do fix it for android users

This app has not been particularly intuitive for me to use. I have a hard time finding what I am looking for unless I know a specific keyword and can search it. This is particularly frustrating on item release days when items either fail to load or load late resulting in missing on items. Additionally, I've found that the app doesn't quickly show when sizes are sold out, resulting it going all the way to check out only to be told the item is sold out. I've found the app completely aggravating.
