Ragya - Track Your Rides

Ragya connects passengers with participating Magic and bus drivers in Jhapa, Nepal, including the Banyani–Birtamode corridor.

AVAILABILITY COMES FIRST
Live rides appear only while approved drivers are sharing their location. If no participating drivers are online, there are no live rides to book. Ragya does not guarantee an operating fleet, a seat, a departure time or a vehicle arriving at your pickup point.

FOR PASSENGERS
• View participating vehicles on a street map while their GPS updates are available.
• Check seat availability based on driver updates and pickup requests.
• Choose seats, place your pickup pin and optionally add a landmark or note.
• Send a pickup request and wait for the driver's acceptance.
• View the request status and coordinate with the assigned driver.
• View departure times when a driver or operator has posted a schedule.

FOR DRIVERS
Register your vehicle and submit your licence details for operator review. Approved drivers with active access can start and stop GPS sharing, update seats, post departure times, and accept, decline or finish pickup requests. Driver service access is managed by the operator; any applicable fees are shown in the app.

LANGUAGE AND SUPPORT
Choose English or Nepali. Signed-in users can send private support messages and view replies in the app. For email support, contact support@monovatech.com.

PREVIEWS AND PRACTICE
The optional map preview contains labelled simulated vehicles and cannot create bookings. Dedicated practice accounts use an isolated practice environment with simulated vehicles, test pickup requests and explicitly labelled automated responses. Practice rides are not real transport and never appear in the public fleet. No vehicle will arrive for a practice pickup.

PLEASE NOTE
An internet connection is required. Location updates depend on GPS, connectivity and the driver keeping sharing active. Seat counts depend on timely updates. Pickup requests require acceptance and can expire or be cancelled. Departure times are entered by drivers or the operator and may change. Displayed distance is straight-line distance, not a road ETA. The app may contain local business ads.
