NOT WORKING! I can not log in unless I put a PIN into Smart Token, but the PIN that you send me has letters in it and can not be entered into Smart Token therefore I have no access! Nobody replies to your support email either! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

DO NOT RELY ON THIS BANK The chance of getting locked out of your money is simply too high with every software update. Of course, you can still get your money eventually, but the inconvenience of not being able to pay or make transfers when you need them can have real life consequences.
