I've found this app fairly easy to use and never had real issues. I do sometimes forget to finalize my purchase because there's a lot of confirmation steps... more than typical... and once in a while I don't get through all of them and arrive at the restaurant only to find out I didn't actually place an order. If I had any suggestions it would be to reduce the number of confirmation steps. Also, the "order total" box in red looks so much like a button I always want to click on it.

If pre-ordering lunch it won't let you choose 11:00 you have to choose 11:01 or no lunch items can be ordered

Why do I have to sign in every time? It doesn't keep me logged in. Also, why do you save my credit card info? I am sure you are not a security IT company and my info will be hacked at some point. ------------------------------------- EDIT: Can you fix your Howe St store hours to we can actually order using your app. Any order I put right now is outside the business hours and cannot be processed.

Really painful. Does not use any native password autofill. Slow to load. Often won't load the log in screen

This app no longer works. I think the store has cut their subscription with the app provider. When you try to log in, the app throws an error saying the subscription has expired. oh well.
