The app works fine and whenever I have a string internet connection the quality is exceptional. The only problem comes in when I have to use the keypad in a call to be directed towards an agent or something, it's a struggle, and sometimes I have to long-press the number for it to actually be registered. Please fix this problem rain

Great app and nice to use, but yes eventually as time comes, then it is like the app functionalities does not work as must. So then why is the app like kinda crashing but still function as well? Why does it as well on the rain sim cards, have 2 gig data, 60 minutes and 100 sms messages, which is great, BUT then why using data connection to make calls? Why is there 60 minutes, and when making a call, the data connection MUST BE ON! Without the data connection it can not make calls. Sort it out.

App was working on my first SIM card but after an upgrade of the router we had changed the SIM cards which was weird, the new SIM does not make calls, and I can't even activate the SIM on rain talk, it's been 3 months now.

Very bad experience with rain Wi-Fi, SIM when it's comes to make a call signal is an issue all the time, and customers always services unable to help tickets loaded! Sometimes unable to connect some devices at house. I taught wireless internet would be better option but so disappointed!!! Waiting for the contract to finish or end this contract and get back to the fibers deal. I wouldn't even give one star...
