I worked for a company that HAD to know if it was going to rain. This was the "official" app that we used. When I started working there, we had the local weatherman on speed dial. He retired after a few years and this app replaced him. It has even more functionality than ever and is still as incredibly accurate as it's always been. It's saved me many times when I'm hiking and camping. It's the best weather app out there.

I've had Rain Aware for years and loved the beginning version of it. When you changed it I was a little confused at first. Had no notice of chane at all. I started working with how it works it's a great update. Many people have asked where I got it from. Of course I let them know how and where I got app.

I thought this app was dead and buried for at least 7 years. Just a couple of days ago, I have seen that I had message from the Rain Aware dev. I was thinking that it must've been some sort error. So I checked it out. Much to my delighted surprise, this app got a major overhaul. And it's pretty! I'm still learning and discovering what the app is capable of. But so far, I like what I'm seeing. I know 5 stars is the limit, but I'll give you two more stars if you add a widget. Thanks for the heads-up!

Rain aware I love this app. As a track official and golf tournament director, I rely on this app for all weather activities. It has been very accurate. Plus when I had problems, the support staff was extremely helpful.

Used to be a great app. Now it takes 1-3 minutes to load, if it even loads at all. It's trash. Unusable.

App costs $5, but still runs ads and wants you to pay more money——for more features and presumably to not have the ads. The 'more money' is a subscription, which is a dealbreaker for me, and it seems disingenuous to charge $5 without mentioning that it would still have adds and not have all the features. All I want is an app that sends an alert whenever rain appears in the long range forecast. I couldn't find any alert settings in this app. Perhaps they're in the subscription version.

**Stopped working**, android 4.3. Endless "loading" spinning circle for the "main" and "imagery" tabs, the only one that works at all is "forecast." Did all the uninstallation/reinstall stuff, delete data etc., nope, still not working. Whenever I had an intermittent delay w/ main tab load issue, I would change the city and that would fix it. Bottom line is I have tried everything to get this program to work and nothing worthwhile works anymore. Too late for a refund, so here is the bad review.
