I've been shopping with Rainbow for over 30 years it's always my shop to go to love that they carry plus sz clothing also shoes and accessories the prices are always right that's why I'm still presently a customer thank you Rainbow
The store is in the middle of a remodel. I did find a cute neutral tan colored pant set. For $17.00 I am very pleased with the style. I normally shop online, but it is nice always to get out and actually feel the fabric and see the true colors.

I think when it comes to the clothing they should have more full figured models and have more full figured sizes in all clothes not just certain ones not everyone is a small and medium size you very rarely see sizes in large and extra large or 2X when it comes to certain clothing it's like this company is discriminating when it comes to full figured sizes have all clothing in sizes that are large extra large or 2X the physical store was alot better because they carried more full figured sizes

Customer service is a joke. Won't do refunds and didn't deliver the package to my address then sent me a picture saying it's on my porch. The picture isn't even my porch. Now customer service isn't answering me on what to do from here. Do not order online from them.

I never received this Item because it was delivered to the wrong address. I changed my address prior to placing my order. Your shipping system did not put my new address on my package. I've made several attempts to have the address changed with Rainbow customer service and was told to take a loss or go find my package myself. I no longer have access to where my package was delivered, and a refund is not allowed. I asked if they could contact FedEx to update my address. I'm waiting for a reply.
