Lifesaver. As a gardener, this app has saved me lots of anxiety... well as much as an app can save my anxious butt from anxiety. Rain prediction is pretty accurate, though weather is honestly pretty unpredictable, so not 100%. But it usually undershoots rain-at least in my experience, so that's fine with me. I really love this app for the rain gauge. I would recommend this app for fellow gardeners 🙂

I used to use a couple of rain gauges to manage water for my landscaping. After testing the accuracy of RainDrop to my gauges, I came to the conclusion that this app was a better fit for my needs. Yes, the subscription price is more than I would like, but the developers are always adding features and are quick to respond to my questions and issues. In the end, I feel I get my money's worth for the cost of the subscription and the convenience to look back at our precipitation history.

Not as advertised It may show rainfall in your general location but definitely not your exact location. Based on a number of weather stations within a 1-mile radius or our house, we got approx .75 inches of rain yesterday. App says we got .35 inches which may be a reading for another location in our city.

The rainfall totals is nice. But it will tell me 0% chance of rain. Until it is actually raining.

App is totally inaccurate, on 4/11/26 at my location it estimated .26in of rain. Down the road a few feet was .46in of rain. What was actually collected in my Cocoas gauge .82in of rain.
