I used to use a couple of rain gauges to manage water for my landscaping. After testing the accuracy of RainDrop to my gauges, I came to the conclusion that this app was a better fit for my needs. Yes, the subscription price is more than I would like, but the developers are always adding features and are quick to respond to my questions and issues. In the end, I feel I get my money's worth for the cost of the subscription and the convenience to look back at our precipitation history.

Lifesaver. As a gardener, this app has saved me lots of anxiety... well as much as an app can save my anxious butt from anxiety. Rain prediction is pretty accurate, though weather is honestly pretty unpredictable, so not 100%. But it usually undershoots rain-at least in my experience, so that's fine with me. I really love this app for the rain gauge. I would recommend this app for fellow gardeners 🙂

This app is a joke! I have a high-end weather monitor on my property that records and tracks weather, so I have a record of rainfall on YTD. This app is telling me that I had 15.77 inches YTD when in fact I've had 24.57 inches YTD. I cannot recommend this app!

App has changed. I used to, with the original, have two ideal locations set. I use it for my hay field operations. After this recent change, one location is still set but the second is locked, and they want me to pay to open it. NOT happening! Seriously considering deleting it completely. UPDATE, unexplained that there was a change to adjust your locations. BUT the reliability on amounts of rain have been off DRASTICALLY. One of my locations showed .67" and my gauge at the property showed 1.25."

The rainfall totals is nice. But it will tell me 0% chance of rain. Until it is actually raining.
