Experience is good. It is easy to connect with and set up. My suggestion would be to update your app so that watering can occur at intervals (I, every other day). Currently, it may be necessary to change your schedule every week if you choose to water every two days. It seems like a simple fix as the device is supposed to be smart, why not make it so. Thank you, patiently waiting for the updated app!

Like that they've added automations and weather triggers. However, it's pouring rain at my house right now and the app says its "overcast" so my rain delay automation didn't work. Not sure where/how they pull weather info, but it obviously needs work. Other than that happy with the devises and the app.

Works great and easy to use when nearby your device. The only thing that would make it 5 star is if you could control it from anywhere in the world and have it always connected to your network where the device is located. I have a water valve that I want to be able to remotely turn off an on for an Airbnb property, thought this was the solution, but not yet

Installed 3 controllers everything working flawlessly for 3 weeks. If your having connection issues I suggest u ck my review on Amazon where I go over how to ck your network / Wi-Fi and install the controllers.

Update: Use the TUYA app. If not installed, install it. Then long press hub button until fast blink. Use TUYA app to detect device. Once hub is detected and installed click done. Install batteries in timer and long press left valve timer button until both valves blink. Open hub/gateway in TUYA app and click detect/install sub devices. Timer valve lights will stop blinking when done. Enable TUYA skill in Alexa and rename device at desired. Rain point app will not work with Alexa as claimed.

Go back to the old version! It completely wiped out my automated irrigation I had set up. Now I have no idea how long it hasn't been watering or if it is, how often it's running or anything. This is bs! Now its like they are integrating it into a whole home control app, and that's now what I wanted when I bought a raincoat irrigation device. I have Google for all of my smart home needs.

Annoying. Will only connect to a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi connection. I need a sprinkler valve, not an IT project.
