Rainy Cup Quest is a vertical casual catching mobile game that combines hot pot scooping with target identification. Players drag a skimmer across a boiling bronze cauldron, aiming at the target ingredient shown in the upper-left corner, and release to scoop it up for points. Scooping nothing or the wrong ingredient counts as a mistake; three mistakes end the round. Inside the cauldron, beef, shrimp, tofu, enoki mushrooms, corn, fish balls, lettuce, and noodles constantly bounce and drift along the walls. As scores rise, more varieties appear, moving faster and smaller, with later distractions becoming semi-transparent, demanding focus to lock onto the real target amid the bustling surface. The controls are simple and intuitive, yet test observation and release timing—easy to pick up, yet strategically engaging.
